BS Kinesiology, CI-C Personal Trainer, 200hr E-Yoga Teacher

I am a certified personal trainer and yoga instructor with  over 10 years of teaching experience. Currently, I'm studying for my Strength and Conditioning Specialist exam, and I hope to become a better trainer as a result and maybe get into coaching. Ballet workouts are my favorite forms of exercise, and I love how the techniques involve core and thigh strengthening. I train and compete recreationally in Spartan obstacle races. As of now, I've completed18 of these races, and I'm shooting for more for 2025.

Hobbies

Doll making: I greatly enjoy sewing stuffed animals, or "Plushies." I sell these once a month out at the Canton, TX First Monday Trades Days Weekend. Pokemon plushies tend to be my best sellers, though online selling of custom work is very rewarding, too. Creative Writing: After I'm finished studying for my Strength and Conditioning exam, I am wanting to get back into creative writing. Though unpublished, I have a project that I hope to return to working on next year.
